Role Overview
- Manage Client Relationships
- Provide advice on key client transactions
- Lead regular client meetings and conference calls
- Assist Client in completing a large number of transactions annually
- Negotiate favorable economic and flexible lease terms
- Ensure compliance to all contractual provisions related to JLL’s fee structure
