Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, Organisational Development or related field.
Minimum 6–8 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in a senior strategic HR management role.
Demonstrated experience in a technology, SaaS, software development or fast-growth business environment.
Deep knowledge of South African labour legislation and HR governance.
Proven ability to operate as a strategic business partner at executive and leadership level.
Strong track record in talent acquisition, L&D, performance management and employee engagement.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate people insights into business strategy.
Advantageous Honours, Postgraduate Diploma or Master's Degree in HR, OD or Industrial Psychology.
HPCSA professional registration.
Experience with SETA engagement, B-BBEE HR strategy, and Employment Equity plans.
Exposure to building and scaling HR functions from the ground up.
