About this role
Role Overview
The Senior Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth and market expansion
Provides leadership, strategic direction, and operational oversight for a team of Account Managers
Develops sales talent, shapes go-to-market execution, and strengthens customer and partner relationships
Guides the creation and execution of territory and account plans, aligned to market and industry priorities
Actively engages in key customer opportunities, providing executive sponsorship and negotiation support
Ensures a high standard of customer engagement, addressing escalations and complex sales challenges
Requirements
Minimum 7 years of successful enterprise B2B sales experience
Demonstrated leadership ability; prior sales management experience strongly preferred
Proven track record of building, developing, and motivating high-performing sales teams
Experience selling complex software or technology solutions within industrial or asset-intensive industries is advantageous
Engineering degree (Chemical, Electrical, Mechanical, or related field) preferred but not required
Strong coaching, communication, and executive engagement skills.
