Assist in planning and rollout of evergreen and campaign-based marketing initiatives
Coordinate between design, digital, and fundraising teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery
Maintain and update campaign calendars, trackers, and project timelines
Support influencer and partner coordination where applicable
Assist with event and activation marketing efforts
Optimize web pages for marketing performance, conversions, and paid advertising
Ensure product descriptions, blog posts, banners, and images are current, SEO-friendly, and properly formatted
Implement on-page SEO best practices, including keyword research, meta descriptions, alt tags, and URL structures
Support overall campaign execution and administrative marketing tasks as needed

Strong organizational and project coordination skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with marketing concepts and campaign workflows
Experience with project management tools such as Asana or ClickUp is an asset
