koderAI is building the future of software creation with its AI-native platform. The Digital Marketing Coordinator will assist with digital marketing campaigns, analyze performance metrics, and optimize strategies to drive growth.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance across all channels including paid, organic, email and social
- Plan, launch and optimize campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads, owning both strategy and execution
- Build and maintain dashboards that give the team a real-time, honest view of what is driving growth
- Track and obsess over key metrics including CPC, CTR, CPA, CAC, ROAS, conversion rates, retention and activation events
- Identify underperforming campaigns, audiences and funnels and bring specific, actionable fixes to the table fast
- Lead A/B testing initiatives across creatives, copy, audiences and landing pages and interpret results with rigor
- Conduct competitor and market research to benchmark our performance and find gaps before anyone else does
- Optimize post-click experiences to reduce funnel drop-off and sharpen user activation
- Translate complex data into clear, compelling recommendations that the whole team can act on
