Design and enhance training programs and materials that align with business goals and boost employee engagement.
Measure learning effectiveness using data and feedback to continuously improve programs and outcomes.
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts (SMEs) to identify learning needs and develop impactful content.
Manage logistics including course registration, scheduling, classroom setup, and learner communications.
Stay ahead of trends in talent development and leadership by researching and applying best practices.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in education, HR, Organizational Development, or related field, or a equivalent combination of education and experience required.
Minimum 5 years functional experience in learning and development including a minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales or delivering sales-focused learning programs with measurable business impact.
Ability to work independently and take initiative; team is located in another state.
Proven ability to communicate and connect with learners at all levels—from frontline team members to senior leaders.
Strong facilitation and presentation skills with a track record of delivering engaging, results-driven training.
Experience in sales enablement or delivering sales-focused learning programs with measurable business impact.
Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies (e.g., ADDIE, SAM).
