About this role
Role Overview
Own the entire outbound process — from initial outreach to booked demos.
Build and scale lead generation across cold email and LinkedIn.
Optimize lead funnels and landing pages to maximize conversion.
Manage every touchpoint with precision and consistency.
Write and run cold email campaigns targeting the DACH markets.
Execute structured LinkedIn outreach to key decision-makers.
Implement and refine lead funnels — ensuring no lead is left behind.
Collaborate on high-converting landing pages.
Coordinate follow-ups and prepare demo calls to drive high close rates.
Requirements
Native-level German proficiency.
3–5 years’ experience in B2B outbound or sales development.
Strong copywriting instincts — clear, concise, and effective messaging.
Hands-on experience with tools like Apollo, Clay, HubSpot, or similar.
Self-starter who builds structure rather than just following it.
Based in, or willing to relocate to, Ho Chi Minh City.
