Conceptualization, management, optimization and scaling of paid social campaigns across all relevant social media platforms (e.g., TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn, etc.)
Strategic consulting for (inter)national clients in developing and implementing data-driven social media strategies, including responsibility for planning and executing complex campaign projects
Analysis, evaluation and continuous optimization of relevant performance KPIs, and deriving data-driven recommendations to advance campaigns
Monitoring market and industry trends, testing new platform features, and developing innovative approaches to generate best practices and successful case studies
Close collaboration with internal teams and support in further developing internal social paid processes, standards, and knowledge transfer within the team
Requirements
Relevant professional experience in social advertising and confident use of Facebook Ads tools
Knowledge of auction-based platforms
Experience creating audience-targeted and cross-channel campaigns
Openness to other areas of performance marketing (including interaction with social). Experience with hands-on campaign management is an advantage
Independent working style, strong communication skills and teamwork, and enjoyment in interacting with clients and colleagues
