Consulting & communication skills: You can engage with (corporate) clients or project stakeholders on equal footing, structure requirements, and reduce complexity.
Industry experience: You have already designed digital products or interactive formats — and can demonstrate what has worked.
Self-organization & AI mindset: In our small team you create your own tasks and work on them independently.
Tool affinity: You are proficient with tools for creating digital products — from AI tools and Adobe CC to presentation tools. You have solid knowledge of UI design and can create appealing screen designs.
