Own and deliver the state commercial plan, translating national strategy into clear local priorities
Identify growth opportunities and address performance gaps across territories and key accounts
Lead, coach and develop sales managers and field teams to drive consistent results
Build and maintain strong relationships with key orthopaedic surgeons and hospital stakeholders
Drive forecasting, pipeline discipline and performance management across the state.
Requirements
5+ years experience in medical device sales, ideally within orthopaedics
Proven track record leading and developing high-performing sales teams
Strong commercial acumen with experience managing revenue, margin and growth targets
Credible and confident engaging with orthopaedic surgeons and hospital stakeholders
Structured and disciplined approach to planning, forecasting and performance management.
