Develop and refine a content flywheel strategy that repurposes podcast episodes and other pillar content into: LinkedIn posts and thought leadership content
Email campaigns and newsletters
Blog articles and SEO-driven content
Short-form video scripts
Website and supporting marketing assets
Own the end-to-end content workflow from content release through asset creation and distribution
Write and edit high-quality, channel-specific copy aligned with audience intent and brand voice
Build and manage a content calendar tied to podcast and content releases (e.g., in Notion)
Identify opportunities to optimize content performance across key channels, including LinkedIn, email, and organic search
Collaborate closely with internal marketing and sales teams to ensure content supports broader business goals
Establish and maintain scalable, repeatable processes for efficient content production
Requirements
Proven experience in content marketing, editorial, or content strategy roles (3+ years)
Strong track record of building or managing content engines, flywheels, or media programs
Exceptional writing and editing skills across multiple formats and channels
Experience with B2B content and audience-first messaging strategies
Deep familiarity with LinkedIn content and engagement best practices
Ability to work from raw inputs (e.g., transcripts, recordings, research) and translate them into polished assets
Strategic mindset with the ability to execute independently
Strong organizational skills and process-driven approach
Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, Notion, and SEO platforms (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush)
