Workday Financials Analyst – Adaptive, P2P

Role Overview

• Operate as a Workday Financials Product Developer
• Understand Finance functional areas (Adaptive, Budgets, Procurement, Expenses, and Accounts Payable)
• Support business owners in FP&A, Operations, Procurement, Expenses, Accounts Payable, and other associated teams to understand their needs and develop solutions
• Implement new functionality and fixes available by the weekly and bi-annual Workday releases
• Configure and optimize Workday FIN modules
• Troubleshoot system issues and support end-users
• Develop product expertise by participating in learning activities and seeking feedback
• Work with Product Owners to understand the impact of planned work and recommend value drivers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• Up to 2 years of experience (including internships) in the areas of the business adjacent to Workday FIN required
• Workday configuration experience a plus
• Excel skills a plus
• Authorization to work in the US
• Good analytical and problem resolution skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
• Flexibility and adaptability to meet deadlines.
