Role Overview
- Preparing and reviewing title insurance policies and related documents
- Conducting title searches and preparing title abstracts
- Preparing and reviewing closing packages
- Ensuring compliance with state title insurance regulations
- Maintaining accurate records and resolving title-related issues
Requirements
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in New Jersey title insurance or real estate closings
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and title/closing software
- Solid knowledge of New Jersey title insurance laws and real estate closing processes
- Experience communicating directly with US clients, attorneys, lenders, or underwriters in a title/closing context
- English proficiency at C1 Advanced level or higher
- Legally authorized to work in the Dominican Republic
- Available to work 9:00am–5:00pm US Eastern Time (EST)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience managing multiple files or transactions simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with industry-standard title and closing software platforms
- Understanding of US real estate practices beyond New Jersey
- Ability to adapt to fast-paced, deadline-driven workflows
