About this role
Role Overview
Support the immediate supervisor by assisting with work organization, operational planning, and special initiatives
Develop, implement and track the unit’s action plan, ensuring alignment with the organization’s strategic directions and other administrative units within a performance management framework
Establish management and communication practices that support change management, talent attraction and retention, skills development, employee engagement, and diversity in accordance with Desjardins’ values
Define and ensure execution of activities related to the unit’s services and carry projects to completion to maximize targeted business results and ensure member and client satisfaction
Support the administrative unit’s action plan by effectively managing individual and team performance
Continuously improve the management of processes under your responsibility
Promote Desjardins Group’s cooperative values
Represent the organization and conduct business intelligence activities.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a related field
Minimum of nine years of relevant experience
Knowledge of French is required
Advanced proficiency in English due to the nature of the duties, work tools, or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or clients
