Recruitment Assistant – Full Time, UK Market

Role Overview

• Review CVs and shortlist candidates for active job openings
• Conduct outbound candidate outreach via LinkedIn
• Manage candidate pipelines, including sending materials and re-engaging prospects
• Update and maintain ATS/CRM systems (primarily Zoho)
• Handle emails, texts, and support general administrative and research tasks

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in recruitment or related field
• Proficiency in ATS/CRM: Zoho
• Experience with LinkedIn and job boards
• Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., Gemini, ChatGPT) for workflow automation
• Strong English communication skill.
