Dutch Speaking Onboarding Account Manager

Role Overview

• Manage the technical setup and strategy for high-performance PPC (Pay-Per-Click) campaigns for a variety of Dutch clients.
• Act as an ambassador for top-tier advertising products, customizing tools to meet specific business goals.
• Analyze client needs and provide custom marketing solutions that deliver strong ROI.
• Find ways to expand accounts and optimize budgets to help partners get the most out of their spending.
• Keep an accurate CRM database to ensure great service and clear communication across teams.

Requirements

• University degree (BA/BS) required; Master's in Marketing or Communications is a plus.
• Native or C2 level in both Dutch and English for professional negotiations and global teamwork.
• At least 2 years in sales, marketing, or a client-facing role with a proven track record of hitting targets.
• Comfortable using AI tools to get data-driven insights and personalize work.
• Deep understanding of Dutch business culture, local regulations (like GDPR), and the digital landscape in the Netherlands.
