Requirements
3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a strategic role within a SaaS environment or a Digital Marketing agency.
Native French speaker with the ability to navigate complex business nuances.
Fluent in English (written and spoken) to collaborate with our international team and global clients.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to understand client ROI.
Comfortable presenting to stakeholders at all levels, from end-user to C-level.
A solid understanding of SEO/GEO is an advantage.
Highly organized and able to manage multiple client lifecycles simultaneously.
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, or JavaScript is a plus as it will help you understand our product.
