About this role
Role Overview
Oversee and optimize the revenue operations process across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
Collaborate with the data analytics and finance teams on strategic projects to support growth initiatives and revenue forecasting.
Develop and maintain dashboards to track key revenue metrics and provide actionable insights.
Lead cross-functional projects to support strategic revenue initiatives.
Enhance sales pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, and process efficiency.
Support scalability efforts by implementing systems and processes for growth.
Requirements
Proven experience in revenue operations within a SaaS or B2B environment.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Experience working closely with data analytics and finance teams to align on revenue and growth strategies.
Excellent project management skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Familiarity with HubSpot is highly beneficial, as we use it to manage our CRM and revenue-tracking processes.
Experience with other sales tools and CRM systems is a plus.
