Define and implement pricing strategies and commercial policies for the Out-of-Gauge (OOG) segment across assigned trades and countries
Conduct technical feasibility studies for out-of-gauge cargo across existing trades and port rotations
Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and secure project cargo business with customers and internal sales teams
Maintain daily coordination with trade teams to share market intelligence and provide strategic recommendations to optimize performance (revenues, volumes, market share, and cargo mix efficiency)
Lead and coordinate sales activities across the sales network, supporting local agents in promoting our capabilities and improving their commercial performance
Monitor and analyze agents’ performance, producing regular reports with actionable insights and improvement plans
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including Operations, Cargo Flow, Logistics, Local Sales, and Booking teams, to ensure smooth execution of shipments
Requirements
You are pursuing a Master's degree in Business, Logistics or Transport
You have a good knowledge of operational activities; project cargo experience is an asset
You are fluent in English and have a strong command of computer and Office tools (especially Excel)
You have organizational skills, are autonomous and show initiative
Your interpersonal skills, communication and negotiation abilities make you a valuable team player and enable you to develop the performance of special projects in your area
