Participate in the development and implementation of the occupational health and safety policy;
Identify control variables related to occupational diseases, accidents, quality of life, and the environment;
Audit and inspect processes, machines, equipment, products, services, and work areas;
Comply with and enforce NMASS;
Define and control the routines and activities necessary to meet the Regulatory Standards (NRs) and other applicable occupational safety and environmental legislation;
Develop educational initiatives in the area of occupational health and safety;
Act as the company's legal Occupational Health and Safety Technician in related matters.
Requirements
Completed technical course in Occupational Safety (environmental training is a plus)
Knowledge of Regulatory Standards
NR06 (PPE) / NR10 (work with electricity) / NR35 (work at heights)
English: desirable
Valid Category B driver's license (CNH B) required
