Role Overview
- Be the first point of contact for inbound calls from both new and existing customers and agents seeking commercial insurance solutions

- Manage high call volumes while efficiently balancing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer service, sales, or insurance
- Strong time management and organizational abilities
- Proficient in multitasking, including effective communication and typing while engaging with customers
- High school diploma required, college degree preferred
- Ability to obtain required resident and non-resident insurance licenses
- Availability to work during Licensed Sales Center operating hours
