Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field required.
PMP Certification required.
8+ years of experience leading internal strategic projects, programs, or enterprise initiatives.
Strong business acumen with the ability to quickly understand new domains and organizational dynamics.
Proven success driving execution across multiple functions without formal authority.
Excellent judgment and problem-solving skills in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level engagement.
Experience and comfort working closely with executive leadership or strategy teams.
Experience acting as business expert for a project management tool.
Background in consulting, strategy, operations, or internal transformation roles.
Experience in scaling, transformation, or mission-driven organizations.
