Act as a specialist in managing and implementing technology projects focused on the corporate systems for Finance, Procurement, Human Resources and Legal
Ensure integration, operational efficiency, regulatory compliance and continuous improvement of the platforms that support the business
Lead end-to-end technology projects, from conception through delivery and stabilization
Manage initiatives related to systems for: Finance: Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Accounting/General Ledger, Treasury, Billing; Procurement: Purchasing, contracts, suppliers, master data; HR: Payroll, benefits, performance, occupational health; Legal: Contract management, litigation, legal systems
Contribute to the evolution and support of ERP systems (e.g., SAP S/4HANA) and satellite solutions
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration or related fields
Proven experience managing technology projects focused on corporate systems
Experience with financial systems (AP, AR, GL, billing, treasury)
Experience with ERP systems
Knowledge of Procurement, HR and/or Legal processes
Experience with system integrations (APIs, middleware, messaging)
Familiarity with project methodologies (PMI, Agile, Scrum)
Experience managing vendors and technology contracts
Nice to have: experience with ERP implementation or rollout
Experience in M&A projects, legal entity integrations or organizational restructurings
Knowledge of regulatory compliance (tax, Bacen
Brazilian Central Bank, LGPD)
Experience with process automation (RPA, workflow)
