Director of Professional Services

Role Overview

• Ensure the strategic, efficient and high-quality delivery of i4pro's software solutions, leading multidisciplinary teams with a focus on operational excellence, customer satisfaction and continuous innovation in the insurance sector.
• Lead the company's Delivery function, ensuring the efficient and strategic execution of software projects.
• Manage multidisciplinary teams, including project managers and delivery specialists, fostering a collaborative, high-performance environment.
• Define and track OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) to ensure alignment with organizational goals and to exceed customer expectations.
• Plan and supervise project schedules, scopes and resources, ensuring on-time deliveries with high quality.
• Implement agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Agile) and project management best practices to optimize processes and outcomes.
• Serve as a strategic point of contact between clients, internal teams and stakeholders, ensuring alignment and effective communication.
• Make critical decisions under pressure, mitigating risks and keeping projects on track.
• Negotiate with clients and suppliers, adjusting scopes and timelines as needed to ensure project success and identify upsell opportunities.
• Monitor performance indicators, customer satisfaction and delivery quality, driving continuous improvements.
• Develop and execute the strategic vision for the Delivery function, aligned with the company's long-term objectives and the needs of the insurance market.
• Foster a culture of excellence, a sense of urgency and a results-oriented mindset across the team.

Requirements

• Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum or Kanban.
• Experience managing large multidisciplinary teams with more than two levels of leadership.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, Production Engineering or related fields.
• Postgraduate degree or MBA in Project Management, Business Management, Information Technology or related areas.
• Experience in the insurance industry.
• Professional project management certifications (for example, PMP, PMI-ACP).
• Business proficiency in English.
