Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessments, reference checks, and offer negotiation.
Develop and execute comprehensive hiring strategies to meet time-to-fill, conversion, and offer acceptance targets.
Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate fit, skills, and motivation.
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, success profiles, and market dynamics.
Maintain accurate and timely updates in the ATS, ensuring data quality and compliance with recruitment workflows.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
At least 2 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment (agency or in-house).
Experience hiring for both tech and non-tech roles preferred.
Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruitment analytics.
Knowledge of sourcing tools, recruitment marketing, and employer branding is a plus.
