Manage the Marketing Materials category portfolio, including products such as Flyers, Folded Leaflets, Postcards, Booklets, and Presentation Folders, balancing long-term strategy with customer needs and business performance.
Define and execute category roadmaps in partnership with Fulfillment, Manufacturing, Quality, and cross-functional business teams across European markets.
Drive assortment evolution, product launches, pricing optimizations, and quality improvements to improve customer experience and category growth.
Partner closely with Digital Product Managers, UX, Tech, and Site Merchandising teams to continuously improve self-service product flows and commerce experiences.
Leverage customer insights, competitive intelligence, analytics, and KPIs to identify growth opportunities and optimize category performance.
Own category forecasting activities across P&L and S&OP processes while managing key profitability and cash flow drivers.
Lead experimentation initiatives focused on improving conversion rates, Made-It-Rates, and customer acquisition through close collaboration with Pricing, Digital, and Marketing stakeholders.
Collaborate with Design, Copy, 3D, Photography, and other creative teams to support product development, launches, and ongoing portfolio enhancements.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in Category Management, Product Management, Commercial Strategy, Consulting, or a related business function.
Experience managing product portfolios, business performance, or commercial initiatives with ownership of KPIs and/or P&L metrics.
Proven ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing, Marketing, or UX teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience leveraging data to drive strategic decisions and business outcomes.
Experience managing multiple priorities and influencing stakeholders within fast-paced, matrixed organizations.
Nice to Have Experience within eCommerce, consumer products, manufacturing, print, or marketplace businesses.
Familiarity with experimentation frameworks, A/B testing, or conversion optimization initiatives.
Experience working with forecasting, pricing strategy, or S&OP processes.
MBA or other advanced business-related degree.
Experience working across international or multi-market environments.
