Support the identification, operationalization, and measurement of sales programs targeting new revenue and attrition risk.
Partner closely with aligned EMEA and APAC sales and renewals teams, serving as a reliable resource and point of contact.
Build reports and dashboards to track program performance and surface insights for senior leadership.
Assist in preparing executive-ready presentations summarizing program impact, successes, and opportunities.
Contribute to cross-functional projects representing the Success Plans team and help drive strategy forward.
Navigate time zone complexity and regional nuance to effectively support globally distributed teams.
Requirements
3–5 years of relevant experience in Sales Programs, Sales Strategy, Sales Operations, or related fields (or equivalent experience)
Experience working with or supporting international/regional sales or Go-To-Market teams preferred
Proven ability to build relationships across functions and manage competing priorities
Degree or equivalent relevant experience required.
