- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
Requirements
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably with a focus on GTM roles
- Advanced proficiency with recruiting technologies, including Workday ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, talent CRMs, and AI-based sourcing tools
- Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills
- Experience using recruiting data and analytics to drive decisions and improve outcomes
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
