Role Overview
- Lead end-to-end execution of agentic AI solutions
- Rapidly stand up prototypes and proofs of value
- Translate business and operational needs into clear epics, user stories, and success metrics
- Partner closely with engineering, AI/ML, data, and R&D teams
- Apply working knowledge of agentic AI concepts
- Collaborate with frontline users and operations leaders
- Track performance metrics to ensure solutions deliver expected operational value
- Communicate progress, tradeoffs, and outcomes clearly to stakeholders
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product ownership, product management, or business analysis within healthcare, PBM, or operations-focused environments
- Experience delivering complex automation, AI, or analytics solutions from concept through production
- Strong understanding of Agile delivery models
- Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous settings
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (preferred)
