About this role

Analyze eServices programs, policies, procedures, and systems to improve efficiency
Identify and eliminate non-value-added processes
Act as liaison between IT teams, business users, and vendors
Provide technical and functional support for internal and external customers
Conduct management studies, reporting, and process improvement initiatives
Support QA testing, system analysis, and data validation
Prepare reports and present recommendations to leadership
Ensure compliance with tax regulations, policies, and standards

Minimum 3 years of management analysis experience
At least 1 year of tax-related service or administration experience
Experience with customer service/technical support (internal and external)
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Information Systems, or related field (preferred)
Experience with XML (Altova XMLSpy preferred)
SQL (MS SQL Server Management Studio) experience (preferred)
Azure DevOps experience (preferred)
QA Testing experience (preferred)
