About this role
Role Overview
Support the creation of flows, wireframes, prototypes, and interfaces for web and mobile digital products
Develop medium
and high-fidelity prototypes with support from the team
Participate in user research, assisting in the preparation, conduct, and analysis of results
Perform benchmarks and analyze market references
Contribute to the creation of user journey maps
Support the production of information architecture deliverables
Monitor metrics, conversion funnels, and test results to drive continuous learning and improvement
Work collaboratively with Product Managers, developers, and designers
Participate in co-creation sessions, workshops, usability testing, and experiments
Maintain clear, organized communication about work progress and deliverables
Support the evolution of UX processes and the team's Design System
Requirements
Genuine interest in digital product design and user experience
Strong empathy for users and curiosity to understand their behaviors and needs
Good communication skills and openness to receive feedback and learn continuously
Basic ability to organize, plan, and prioritize tasks
Emerging critical thinking, with interest in connecting user needs to business goals
Knowledge of UX, UI, information architecture, and usability best practices
Interest in learning about user research, data analysis, and product metrics
