Lead technical aspects of product implementation for customers using SAP S/4HANA and/or SuccessFactors
Customize and configure SAP systems to support integration with our document archiving solution
Work with product development to provide feature and design inputs as well as help with actual feature development
Work closely with customers, project managers, and internal developers to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver successful deployments
Act as the technical subject matter expert during the pre-sales cycle, delivering tailored and impactful demos to prospective clients
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during and after implementation
Provide feedback to the product and development teams to improve functionality and user experience
Assist in creating and maintaining technical documentation, demo scripts, and implementation playbooks

3–7 years of experience in SAP technical roles (ABAP, ABAP Cloud, Workflow, BTP, SuccessFactors or other related areas)
Hands-on experience with SAP ArchiveLink, SAP ILM, or SAP DMS integrations is a strong plus
Familiarity with document management systems (e.g., OpenText, SharePoint, or other ECM platforms)
Experience with SAP customization, enhancements, and BADI/user exits
Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Comfortable presenting to clients, both virtually and in person
Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, startup-like environment
