Cross-cultural leadership instincts — you read teams and customers across regions, and you have led distributed international sales teams before.
Excellent command of English.
Strong plus: Industry background in information security, digital forensics, OSINT, identity, trust & safety, or law enforcement technology.
Experience taking a company through a similar scale-up phase from roughly $5M to $50M in revenue.
Based on the US East Coast or in EMEA.
