Provide oversight and direction for the manufactured chemicals business
Own manufactured product P&L and influence decisions to improve revenue and profitability
Lead development of product-focused insights and engage customers
Develop and own strategy for regulatory and sustainability changes
Develop a multiyear product road map for new product development
Understand market competitive pricing and implement pricing strategies
Partner with product forecasting through Budget and IBP process
Lead the product team and partner with cross functional business partners

Minimum 15 years of professional experience
10+ years in Product Development, Product Management, or Product Engineering
Bachelor's degree in engineering, finance, or business-related field; MBA preferred
Experience in automotive chemicals or engineering-focused industries
Ability to lead in a matrixed, multi-site organization.
