Minimum 10 years of actuarial experience in Health Insurance / Benefits Consulting
Proven ability to work in a matrixed environment with competing priorities
Leading, managing, and developing Actuarial and Underwriting teams
Expertise in self-funded employee benefits, medical, Rx, stop loss, IBNR, and discount analysis
Overseeing actuarial compliance and regulatory reporting
Providing consultative support throughout the client lifecycle
Developing, validating, and innovating proprietary actuarial models, templates, and financial analyses
Collaborating with Financial Analytics and other actuarial hubs
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
Associate or Fellow of the Society of Actuaries
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with advanced skills in Excel, Access, and actuarial software
Willingness to travel up to 30%
