Set clear goals, priorities, and expectations for the team
Ensure alignment between product, design, and engineering
Own planning, estimation, and delivery of features
Ensure adherence to engineering practices and architectural standards
Improve team processes and foster a strong communication culture
Coordinate with backend, frontend, and platform teams

5+ years of experience in Android development using Kotlin
Experience in a Team Lead role
Hands-on experience with architectural patterns such as Clean Architecture, MVVM, or similar
Experience working with asynchronous programming using coroutines and Flow, as well as building complex, data-heavy screens
Understanding of Android UI design principles and platform guidelines
Experience with code reviews, mentoring engineers, and working in cross-functional teams
Will be a plus: Experience in finance or trading domain
Will be a plus: Familiarity with TradingView as a product
