Role Overview
- Full-cycle recruitment for non-IT positions across Product, Project Management, Finance, Legal, HR, and Marketing
- Proactive sourcing and engagement of candidates through various channels
- Conducting initial interviews and assessing candidates' soft skills and culture fit
- Close collaboration with hiring managers — gathering requirements, aligning on profiles, and collecting structured feedback
- Organizing and coordinating all stages of the hiring process
- Supporting candidates throughout the journey up to contract signing
- Maintaining and updating candidate data in our ATS (TeamTailor)
- Participating in team HR projects: process automation, employer branding, and other initiatives
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in recruitment, ideally within a product or tech company
- Proven experience hiring for Business & Operations functions (Finance, Legal, Marketing, HR, or similar)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Structured, detail-oriented approach to managing multiple open roles simultaneously
- Upper-Intermediate English or above
