Lead the implementation of BCBS239 standards across critical operational data domains
Drive remediation plans, data quality controls and governance enhancements
Serve as the primary Operations point of contact for BCBS239 matters
Ensure documentation, data lineage, glossaries and operational reference data are accurate and up to date
Coordinate with Data Owners, IT, Compliance and Operations teams across entities
Support harmonization of practices across countries and entities
Identify manual processes and EUCs, and coordinate remediation or automation actions
Transition BCBS239 governance into a sustainable BAU (business-as-usual) model
Prepare reports, dashboards and governance materials for senior management

Master’s degree in Business, Engineering or equivalent
7+ years of experience in banking operations, transformation, data governance or risk
Strong knowledge of BCBS239 or comparable regulatory frameworks
Experience in audit remediation, data governance and data quality controls
Comfortable working across Operations, IT, Data and Compliance teams
Strong ownership mindset with a hands-on, pragmatic approach
Ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority
Experience with EUC remediation, automation or AI-driven process improvement is a plus
Languages: Fluent in French and English; Portuguese is a strong asset
