Role Overview
- Manage the full billing cycle
- Monitor and track aging reports
- Reconcile customer accounts and payments within our ERP
- Collaborate across departments to resolve billing discrepancies
- Optimize the dunning process
- Support the Treasury function with cash forecasts
- Assist in month-end closing activities
Requirements
- Minimum of 3–4 years of experience in Finance, specifically within Accounts Receivable or Billing functions
- Strong understanding of VAT regulations and international invoicing requirements
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Spreadsheets
- Fluency in English and Portuguese; additional languages are a significant plus
