The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving and developing rental and revenue growth within the assigned territory.
This is achieved through active management of new and existing client relationships and continuous identification of new business opportunities using both traditional and digital business development methods.
The role requires building, maintaining, and sustainably expanding a diverse client portfolio across multiple industries, aligned with the company's strategy and strategic roadmap.
Requirements
Proactive attitude with a strong sales drive
At least 3 years of relevant sales experience
Strong leadership skills
Team player
Excellent technical understanding
Excellent native German (written and spoken) and good English (written and spoken)
Willingness and ability to travel as required
Strong results orientation with a proactive mindset to implement adjustments and improvements as needed
Good knowledge of the full Microsoft Office suite
Good presentation skills
