• Using structured outreach strategies (training provided) to generate quality inquiries
• Conducting discussions with professionals exploring a new direction
• Guiding conversations, setting expectations, and identifying alignment
• Applying insights to improve messaging and results over time
• Creating simple marketing content to communicate value
• Collaborating with experienced, growth-focused peers

Requirements:

• 10+ years of professional experience (leadership, HR, consulting, business development, etc.)
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
• Strong communication skills and ability to build trust
• A genuine interest in personal growth and helping others grow
