About this role
Role Overview
Manage programs from beginning to end and ensure timely order shipments
Work with customers for approvals on various documents
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues affecting deliverables
Maintain customer requirements up to date
Complete customer forms and manage requests promptly
Coordinate sample requests and track samples for customers
Assist with new product presentations and preparation of sales reports
Manage requests for marketing materials and assist with invoice payments
Requirements
3-5 years of relevant CPG experience as an International Customer Representative or International Sales Coordinator
MUST be bilingual in English and Spanish
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and project management skills
Solution-oriented mindset and initiative
Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and work in a fast-paced environment
Strong collaboration skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
A bachelor’s degree is preferred
