About this role
Role Overview
- Lead and coordinate end‑to‑end ETM.next implementation projects
- Conduct gap workshops with the client team and define development gaps
- Conceptualize functional design for development gaps and align with global product management
- Lead cut over and migration activities
- Define and manage project scope, milestones, timelines, risks, and dependencies
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams (ETM consultants, SAP, development, QA, client teams)
- Act as the main point of contact for the client on delivery‑related topics
- Ensure alignment between business requirements and ETM solution design
- Track progress and prepare regular project status and steering updates
- Manage change requests and assess impact on scope, timeline, and budget
- Ensure adherence to agreed project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid)
- Support go‑live, hypercare, and transition to operations
- Capture lessons learned and contribute to continuous improvement of ETM delivery practices.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in IT / Digital / SaaS Project Management or functional role
- Proven experience delivering enterprise software implementations
- Experience with SAP-related projects is a strong advantage
- Good understanding of operational processes (asset, equipment, fleet, logistics – an advantage)
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience working with cross-functional and international teams
- Solid planning, prioritization, and risk management skills
- Experience with Agile and/or Waterfall delivery models
- Project Management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe, etc.) is a plus
- Fluent English (German is a plus).
