Act to ensure the Scrum concept is understood, applied and disseminated throughout the organization
Facilitate the mapping and proposal of improvements to the Scrum application process within development teams
Collaborate on the analysis and documentation of the client's business needs, proposing business solutions that best meet those needs
Assist the Product Owner in maintaining and prioritizing the Product Backlog
Ensure the execution of and achievement of objectives for Scrum events
Support the Scrum Team in removing impediments
Assist in the team's self-organization by suggesting techniques and facilitating processes and people
Analyze the company's business processes to determine the best way to implement/maintain SAP
Configure the system according to established needs and requirements
Provide support and train users on correct system usage
Conduct functional tests to ensure correct operation
Provide ongoing system support and maintenance
Map business needs through consultations, analyses and directed observations
Evaluate the existing IT infrastructure and recommend improvements
Map and resolve issues that may affect software performance
Work on the functional and business layers of Business Intelligence / Analytics solutions within the SAP ecosystem
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, or completion of any undergraduate degree accompanied by a postgraduate certificate (specialization, master's or doctorate) in Information Technology of at least 360 hours
SAP Academy course (or equivalent) in the module to be worked
Desired experience: 3 years with the main SAP products/modules implemented in Logistics – FI, FI-TV, FI-AP, AA, BP, MM, MLP, RE, PS, PM, SRM, PPM, CLM, FM, CO, NFe, eSocial and SAP Portal
Experience with the main SAP products/modules implemented in Human Capital Management – PA, PY, LSO, PD, Time, eRecruiting, EH&S, eSocial, PCP and Business Warehouse (BW)
Experience in SAP Financial, Controlling, Logistics, HR and Sales modules to define the data model
Strong knowledge in logistics, human resources, finance and the specific business domain of operation
