You are the first point of contact for potential enterprise customers and generate high-quality sales opportunities across the DACH region through proactive outreach.
Your main responsibility is professional lead generation and qualification — you hand off qualified leads to our experienced Sales Managers for closing.
Lead generation: outbound calls, email campaigns and proactive outreach in the B2B enterprise segment (DACH).
Lead qualification: needs analysis, identification of budget, timeline and key stakeholders according to defined qualification criteria.
Product presentation: initial demos and communication of the value propositions of secure messaging, voice and video solutions.
Lead handover: structured transfer of qualified leads to Sales Managers — including detailed briefings on customer needs, budget, timeline and decision-makers.
CRM management: comprehensive documentation of all customer interactions, lead status and sales activities in Salesforce.
Collaboration: close coordination with Sales Managers, Technical Sales, Marketing and strategic partners (e.g. Deutsche Telekom).
Target achievement: consistently meeting and exceeding monthly lead and meeting targets.
Market monitoring: support with competitive analysis and provide feedback on market trends in the secure messaging space.
Requirements
Completed university degree or equivalent qualification.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in outbound sales, inside sales, SDR/BDR or a comparable B2B sales role with a focus on lead generation.
Good knowledge of Salesforce and MS Office.
Fluent German (native or C2 level) and strong English (at least business fluent).
Proven track record in lead generation, cold calling and achieving targets.
Excellent communication skills, telephone competency and persuasive ability.
Results orientation, persistence and competitive drive.
