Role Overview
Responsible for the strategic management and expansion of the customer portfolio
Develop active sales opportunities and conduct discussions with decision-makers
Build long-term customer relationships
Present tailored solutions
Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to contract closing
Drive achievement of revenue targets and contribute to the development of the sales strategy

Requirements
Strong sales talent with commercial/business training and solid industry experience (SaaS, tire industry, or related sectors)
Excellent communication skills and a confident, professional presence
Strong persuasive skills and a solid understanding of market trends and relevant regulatory requirements
Strong active listening skills and the ability to solve industry-specific challenges effectively
Strong relationship-building skills, analytical thinking, and a structured approach to work
Persistence and determination
Stamina, self-motivation, and a high willingness to travel
Strong organizational skills with CRM experience and a clear affinity for technology
Results-oriented with business-fluent English
