Role Overview
- Manage user accounts and access for asset information systems, including regular checks to ensure access is appropriate and secure.
- Maintain system data such as users, projects, notices, and other setup information.
- Control and support access to asset systems for external users.
- Deliver user training (online and classroom) and provide ongoing coaching to promote best practice.
- Act as the first point of contact for user queries, system issues, and usage support outside the IT service desk.
- Support bulk uploading and updating of asset‑related data within the systems.
Requirements
- Solid intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience contributing to or driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Strong customer‑focused approach with the ability to build effective working relationships with stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to investigate and resolve complex issues.
Ideally, you will also have:
- Experience using one or more of the following systems: Maximo, Change Control systems, Heathrow Map Live, or Documentum.
- Previous experience delivering training or supporting others in system use.
