Validate revenue forecast projections generated through the Sales & Operations Planning (SIOP) process and pricing strategies.
Serve as the financial authority on forecast integrity.
Ensure alignment between sales demand signals, supply planning constraints, and pricing assumptions.
Partner cross-functionally with Commercial, Pricing, Demand Planning, and Supply Chain.
Assess forecast accuracy and challenge assumptions.
Provide reliable revenue outlooks for leadership decision-making.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
5+ years of experience in FP&A, Commercial Finance, or Supply Chain Finance
Direct experience supporting SIOP, IBP, or cross-functional planning processes
Strong analytical skills with the ability to independently challenge sales and pricing assumptions
Advanced Excel / financial modeling skills; experience with forecasting and planning systems
Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or complex supply chain environments (preferred)
Familiarity with demand planning, supply planning, or S&OP/IBP platforms (e.g., Oracle) (preferred)
Experience presenting forecast insights to senior leadership (preferred)
