Role Overview
- Support the design and implementation of automated reporting processes.
- Identify opportunities to reduce manual tasks and improve efficiency.
- Assist in developing scalable and repeatable reporting workflows.
- Support the build and maintenance of reporting tools, models, and dashboards.
- Work with data and technology teams to enhance reporting infrastructure.
- Ensure tools are robust, well-documented, and user-friendly.
- Assist in improving data pipelines and workflows used in reporting.
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and availability across systems.
- Contribute to regular reporting deliverables as needed.
- Support data preparation and validation for reporting outputs.
- Partner with actuarial, finance, and technology teams to align on reporting needs and solutions.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across the reporting function.
Requirements
- 0–3 years of experience in actuarial, data, finance, or related field
- Progress toward actuarial qualification or relevant technical certification (preferred)
- Strong technical skills, including Excel and at least one programming language (e.g., Python, R, SQL)
- Interest in automation, data, and process improvement
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
