Responsible to identify, qualify, interview, and contract with Physician and APP candidates for client hospitals.
Work closely with Operations Managers and physician, Advanced Practice Professional, and Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist.
Coordinate applicant submissions and initiate the locum privileging process.
Develop and execute effective recruiting plans and manage the recruitment needs for all assigned hospital facilities and specialties.
Requirements
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
Experience working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
Meet established production and quality goals/metrics
Follow up in a timely manner on open items
Able to effectively prioritize work on a daily basis
Bachelor's Degree from four-year College or University; 2 years of experience recruiting physicians and specialty nurses or 5 years general recruiting experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Recruitment Software
